Biography

​Janet B. Johnson, PhD (Cornell University, 1979) joined the Department in 1977. She specializes in Environmental Policy, State and Local Government and Research Methods. Professor Johnson teaches in these areas and in public policy. Her current research focuses on politics and policies related to unconventional oil and gas development.  Professor Johnson is on leave Fall 2015 and Spring 2016.
