Biography
Spencer Whyte is currently a PhD student in the Department of Political Science & International Relations at the University of Delaware. He graduated from the University of Mount Union in 2019, receiving his BA with majors in Political Science and History. After working for the Cuyahoga County Board of Elections (Cleveland, OH) from 2019-2020, Spencer earned his MA in Political Science & International Relations from the University of Delaware. His current research interests include foreign policy analysis, the history of the international system, perception, power politics and diplomacy, and international relations theory. Past research includes international relations role theory and the fallout of the Brexit vote.
