Charles Mays joined the department in 2016 and is the current William P. Frank Graduate Fellow at the Center for Political Communication. His interests lie primarily in American Politics, specifically in American Political Behavior and Political Psychology. He is currently working on research exploring political trust among new Latino/a immigrants and on the role of emotions in political behavior.
