    Biography

    Margot Campbell is an associate in the Litigation Department in the Washington, D.C. office of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison. Her practice primarily focuses on counseling clients on antitrust matters, including antitrust compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission.

    In addition to pre-merger antitrust counseling, Margot has experience representing clients in litigation brought by regulatory agencies and in private antitrust litigation. She has defended clients in matters involving a wide variety of industries, including health insurance, technology and software, financial services and transportation. Margot also has experience with anti-corruption compliance counseling, as well as internal and government investigations involving the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.​
