Biography
​Navroz Singh is a PhD student in the Department of Political Science and International Relations who is specializing in International Relations as her primary field, and Comparative Politics as her secondary field. Prior to joining the University of Delaware, she earned a bachelor’s (with honors) and a master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Delhi (India), and has also graduated with an advanced certification in Conflict Transformation and Peace Building from the ASSK Centre for Peace, Lady Shri Ram College, University of Delhi. A qualitatively inclined researcher, Navroz’s current research interests converge around the politics of the South Asian region, and encompass themes of India’s relations with its extended neighborhood, great power competition in the Asia-Pacific, grand strategy, and South Asian security affairs. She has previously worked in research capacities with several think-tanks in India, and with the Indian Ministry of External Affairs. Some of her previous projects sought to explore ongoing trends in the geopolitics of the Asia-Pacific region, the psycho-social dynamics of political violence, and the politics of memory.​​
